Here's a neat little project we did for a customer recently. He came to us wanting solid body cushions made for a 1981 Chevrolet Malibu.

If he had used OEM rubber cushions, a potential for the floor to crack from body flex was likely. Seaco sourced and machined the mounts from solid aluminium bar stock.

We measured the G-body factory body cushions and added locating lips to fit the existing mount holes in the chassis.

Perfect fit first time. and no more chance of body flex in the Malibu.
